Ellanore Lane, West Wittering.

The owners of this bungalow got planning permission for a new roof with two bedrooms and a bathroom.  We also built a garage on the left-hand side, converted the existing garage on the right-hand side and joined that up to a garden room behind.  The house was south facing so the lounge diner was a sunny joy.  We installed underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and fitted tumbled herringbone parquet flooring in the kitchen and lounge areas.  We rendered the ground floor brickwork, used cedral board on the dormers and red cedar shingles on the garden room.
