Refurbishment consultancy
Overwhelmed and not sure where to start? I can help you review the project as a whole and talk through what is possible within your budget. I can work with you to produce a schedule of the works proposed, that you can use as a pricing document for contractors. If you need help with room planning, I use planners where we can quickly create 3d renders to help the decision making process.
Building project management
I am able to manage your whole project from start to finish if required. I can work with you architect or builder or I can suggest people I’ve worked with before. If the project is planned correctly from the start with appropriate documentation, and monitored at all stages then quality can be ensured and cost and time overruns can be mitigated as much as possible.
Property management
I work with a lot with landlords and second home owners. I can manage any refurbishment works but I also have a property management company so I can find suitable tenants and manage the tenancy and property maintenance. If there are minor repairs I carry out these works myself. With more significant maintenance issues I would use my network of trusted tradesmen or in the event of major repairs I would specify the job and put it out to competitive tender on your behalf. I would always make certain that my clients get value for money for scheduled and unscheduled repairs.
