I’ve been working in building and property since 2002.  I have personally developed over 20 properties including flat conversions, new build, refurbishments, retail to resi conversions. 
In 2005 I started working for a specialist groundworks company digging basements in the smartest parts of London and carrying out remedial foundation works for local authorities. The owner of that company sold the firm and afterwards asked me to manage his developments. As time went on I would project manage building works for friends and acquaintances alongside my own developments. 

I now advise my clients in Brighton and Hove (where I live) and London and surrounding areas.  I have a master degree in Real Estate, SMSTS and I carry 2m insurance.
