This property has some wonderful period features.  The staircase has a beautiful newel post in the ground floor hallway and the lincrusta wallpaper is fabulous.  The property needed full refurbishment and we also did the loft and a side return extension. Fortunately the adjoining neighbour  also had planning for a side return so we did both jobs at the same time!  We installed a 4m glass panel in the side return area.   I understand lifting that into position involved some swearing   My clients got a wonderful kitchen from Brighton kitchen company.
