Marriott Road, Finsbury Park.

This large property was bought by the developer and we converted it into two four-bedroom flats for rent.  The property was being used as a cannabis factory before the developer bought it! They bypassed the electricity meter and burnt out the cable connection to main in the road so at the start of the project we needed to get the road dug up to re-make the connection.  There was a large basement at the property, in one of the basement bedroom photos you can see a large bulkhead beneath the bed….behind 300mm of reinforced concrete there is a huge Victorian sewer big enough to walk in.  After the basement was completed Thames water needed to do a camera survey to make sure the contractor hadn’t damaged the sewer, which thankfully they hadn’t!
