My clients bought a probate sale house which had had various alterations over the years.  They simplified the layout and opened up the huge space at the rear to have their kitchen, dining, living room.  The job went well and on budget.  A couple of niggly things….the utility company moved the gas supply so we could put the gas meter outside  but then EDF were a right pain fitting a new meter and the plumber couldn’t fit the boiler without the meter, in the end they needed to change to Octopus who sorted it straight away!
