Tufnell Park.

This project was undertaken for developers who got planning permission for a two-bedroom infill house alongside a Victorian building.  As space was such a premium we needed to measure the flank wall location to last millimetre.  Before starting on the main house build we needed to underpin the five-storey building as the founding depth of the house was lower than the adjacent foundations.  We also needed to bring Browne in to tunnel under the road and make the sewer connection 8 metres away from the site boundary! The developer sold the house in the first week.
